Section 45
Operation Of Open Market
The Bank shall operate open market transaction on the basis of agreements for immediate or late purchase and sale of debt securities issued on behalf of Government of Nepal or by the Bank itself and may immediately be sold in market. Such transaction may also be in the forms of repurchase agreements or reverse repurchase agreements. For this purpose, no other instruments shall be used.
